Registration for WonderLab

 To enroll your child in the WonderLab summer program, please complete the registration form and select the program, duration, and additional services that best suit your family’s needs.

Registration Form

 To complete your registration for WonderLab, please follow the steps below:

• For the Little Explorers (ages 3-6) program, complete the registration form here.

• For the Compass Kids: The 360° Expedition (ages 6-12) program, complete the registration form here.

• For the Holiday Program (ages 3-8), complete the registration form here.

• Pay the 150€ deposit within 15 days of submitting your application.

• Send the proof of payment by email to accounts@foxinthepine.gr.

Summer Camp Fees

• 1st Summer Camp Period (2 weeks): 420€

• 2nd Summer Camp Period (1 week): 220€

• 3rd Summer Camp Period (1 week): 220€

• All 3 Summer Camp Periods (4 weeks): 800€

• Holiday Program (1 week): 130€ / week

 

*Breakfast and all scheduled excursions are included in all periods.

Transportation

 School bus transportation is available for participants in our summer program.

Every effort is made to arrange pick-up and drop-off as close to each child’s home as possible. If this is not feasible, pick-up and drop-off will take place at the nearest main road.

• 1st period (2weeks) | one-way route €40/ two-way route €80

• One-way route: €30 / week

• Two-way route: €50 / week

Meals

 All participants are provided with a full and balanced breakfast.

For families who wish, there is also the option of full meal provision, including lunch and a snack. Alternatively, children may bring their own food from home, which can be heated at school.

• Lunch & snack: €30 / week

 

Payment Procedure

 A 150€ deposit is required to secure registration for the Summer Camp. The full balance must be paid before the beginning of the program.

Families with two or more siblings enrolled in the same Summer Camp period are entitled to a 10% discount on the tuition fees of the younger child.

 

Refund Policy

 Tuition fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• If the program is cancelled due to force majeure before it begins, the full amount will be refunded.

• If the program is cancelled after it has started, a proportional refund will be provided.

 A few days before the start of the program, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the necessary information regarding school bus routes, the menu, activities, and participation guidelines.
